At WOMARK, we want you to feel confident when receiving your order. Customers are allowed to inspect the order while the courier is present before accepting it.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returns
Returns and refunds are not available after the customer has inspected and accepted the order while the courier is present.
If you do not wish to accept the order after inspection, you may refuse it before completing the delivery and while the courier is still present.
Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the order is considered final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Refunds
Refunds are not available for orders that have been inspected and accepted at the time of delivery.
Refunds may only apply in exceptional cases where WOMARK confirms that an incorrect, defective, or damaged item was received and an alternative resolution cannot be provided.
